IC 443 also best known as the Jellyfish Nebula (in my opinion the nebula resembles much more a gigantic galactic brain than a jellyfish) is a galactic remnant of a supernova explosion in the constellation Gemini. I always find extraordinary that we can witness the effect of such a spectacular cosmic event with just a simple telescope and camera.
